Spring is in the air, and Excelsior Springs Wine Country is ready to celebrate! We’re kicking off the season with Bubbles & Blooms, a one-day sparkling wine event that brings together four unique venues—Van Till Family Farm Winery, Shamrock Hills Vineyard & Winery, Fence Stile Vineyard, Winery and Distillery, and Willow Springs Mercantile—for a day of bubbly drinks, seasonal sips, and spring cheer.

Whether you’re a longtime wine enthusiast or just looking for the perfect spring Saturday plan, this is your chance to explore our local wine country in style.

Ride the Wine Trail in Comfort

This special event coincides with the Excelsior Springs Chamber of Commerce’s Ride the Wine Trail event, featuring Star Shuttle transportation. The trolley makes stops at all three participating wineries and Downtown Excelsior Springs. With transportation handled, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a stress-free day of sipping and sightseeing.

Please note: Trolley tickets include transportation only. Tastings and purchases at each stop are pay-as-you-go, giving you the freedom to choose what you’d like to enjoy at each location.

What to Expect at Each Stop

Each location is adding their own unique touch to the Bubbles & Blooms experience:

Van Till Family Farm Winery

We’ll be featuring two of our sparkling favorites—Sparkling St. Vincent Rosé and Blanc de Blanc—on the tasting sheet for the weekend. And to bring a little spring to your home, guests who participate in a tasting will receive a complimentary flower seed packet.

Shamrock Hills Vineyard & Winery

Spring meets sparkle with our Carbonated Moscato, available on our tasting menu for the day. Purchase a glass or bottle and receive a flower seed packet as our thank-you for celebrating with us.

Fence Stile Vineyard, Winery and Distillery

We’re offering a refreshing and floral Rose Water Strawberry Lemon Mimosa—a special drink made just for this event. It’s light, elegant, and a perfect toast to the season.

Willow Springs Mercantile

Nestled in downtown Excelsior Springs, Willow Springs will be offering their signature Lemon Lavender Mimosa alongside boutique shopping and local hospitality.
